Yummy to my Tummy.

This is a favorite of mine. It has recently become a requested after-school snack at our house. I came across it while going through piles and piles of cookbooks at my mom's house one afternoon. Throw in a blender 1 c. frozen blueberries, 1/2 c. frozen strawberries, one small banana, 1/2 c. plain yogurt, 3/4 c. orange juice and 1/3 c. pineapple juice. Mix it all together and you've got one yummy smoothie.
