I am not sure if I was insane or just plain dumb to agree to drive to Idaho to visit my grandparents for a week, but anyway, we went. Kyle packed up the car for us last Sunday, I picked up my mom, and we headed north. Once we got to Salt Lake City we stopped at my brother's house for some lunch and a little playtime for the kids (
and a nap for me). When I woke up my brother gave me an ugly surprise by telling me I still had six more hours to drive instead of the four I was thinking. So at three o'clock in the afternoon we hit the road again and didn't arrive to our destination until nine. . . and that was with stopping only one time for gas.
