This post is well overdue, but as soon as we returned from our little spring break vacation life took over and one thing lead to another and here it is one month later and I'm just now getting to this. Blogger jacked up all my pictures so bear with me - the order is completely backwards.

Leave it to my child to fall in the star fish pond. Kyle pulled him out (Weston) and I walked away and pretended like he didn't belong to me.

For vacation this year we decided to go to San Diego with Kyle's brother (Russ) and his family. We got a 15-passenger van and all drove down together so we could share the cost of fuel (
which is so rediculously overpriced down there). Our first day in San Diego was spent at Sea World. Hands down, the kids LOVED this place; so many things to do and lots of different animals to check out.

Somehow, someway Michelle and the girls talked me into going on this roller coaster at the very end of the day just in case we all got wet. If you know me at all, you know I'm completely terrified of heights (
which has seemed to have gotten worse with age). I screamed the entire time and held onto the bar in front of me for dear life, but I lived to tell about it. The guys offered to stay behind with the little kids and take some shots and boy, did they get some
great shots. This is just one of the pictures Kyle took. I still laugh when I look at these pictures. You might have to click on it to get the
full effect.

Colton paid to feed the seals at one little station. This little guy was so funny cause he would do tricks and beg for the fish.

We saw Shamu while we were there.

Payton and Michelle's girls got to feed the dolphins (
for a fee, of course).

We spent the majority of Wednesday driving. After checking into our hotel in late afternoon, we decided to go to dinner in Old Town and check it all out. This happened to be right down the road from our hotel. During dinner a guy came by that makes all sorts of animals out of balloons so, of course, we had to get those.
